By purchasing tickets, passes, rentals, or by entering Woody’s Family Farm (“the Farm”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Admission & Tickets

  • All guests must have a valid ticket or pass for entry.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Admission prices, hours, and attractions are subject to change without notice.

  • Lost or stolen tickets or passes cannot be replaced.

 

Attractions & Activities

  • All attractions are included with admission unless otherwise noted.

  • Fire pit rentals and petting zoo feed require an additional fee.

  • Certain attractions may have age, height, or safety restrictions.

  • The Farm reserves the right to close attractions temporarily due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

 

Fire Pit Rentals

  • Fire pit rentals must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Rental time limits apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times around fire pits.

  • Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in termination of the rental without refund.

 

Weather Policy

  • The Farm operates rain or shine, weather permitting.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

  • Severe weather may result in temporary or permanent closure of attractions for guest safety.

 

Safety & Conduct

  • Guests must follow all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions.

  • The Farm is a working agricultural environment; guests enter at their own risk.

  • Running, rough play, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

 

Liability Waiver

By entering the Farm, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor farm activities, including uneven terrain, animals, and weather conditions. Woody’s Family Farm is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

 

Animals

  • Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Pets are not allowed for the safety of guests and animals.

  • Feeding animals is only permitted with approved feed purchased on-site.

 

Photography & Media

  • The Farm may take photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes.

  • By entering the property, you consent to being photographed or recorded without compensation.

  • Personal photography is welcome for non-commercial use.

 

Outside Food & Drinks

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless otherwise noted.

  • The Farm offers food and drink options available for purchase.

 

Website Use

  • Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • We are not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the website.

 

Changes to Terms

Woody’s Family Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
